Yes, we are able to source samples for all of our products. Please note that we require full payment for samples before they can be dispatched.  If returned undamaged within 14 days these will refunded or credited to your account.

Yes.  All of our garments are available without branding or decoration.

No. We only decorate our own garments.  We have a large selection of products so please contact us and we can discuss your needs.

Yes it is but for each size of logo we will need to create a new embroidery file which may incur a charge.

Yes, we can offer a proof of your design but in doing so it will incur an artwork creation fee as we will need to create the artwork required for our embroidery processes.  For all new embroidery orders we will supply an embroidery sample for approval before it is applied to your garments.

It depends on the size of your logo. Please contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Each logo that is converted to an embroidered design requires to be digitally recreated into an embroidery file which will them be saved to our system.  The artwork fee will only apply to your first order and your logo will be available to use on future orders.

We can create your logo from lots of different formats (ai, pdf, jpeg, eps) or we can take it from a business card, letterhead or even a photo.  If you are able to supply us CMYK or pantone colours we can match them to our threads or we will match your logo colour as close as possible. An embroidery / print sample will be supplied for approval.

We aim to have all orders ready within 14 day (or earlier if possible) after the artwork has been approved.  If you need your order sooner please contact us. We will always try and get urgent orders to customers quicker if possible.

For your first order we require full payment prior to your order being started and your artwork being converted.  For future orders we will be happy to discuss opening an account for you.

We cannot accept embroidered or printed returns as they have been customised and we are unable to re-sell them.  If there is a fault with your garments we will be happy to investigate this on a case by case basis.  Any plain or non-customised garments can be returned if they are unworn, in their original condition and with tags.
