All delivery charges will be included in your workwear quote. Delivery charges vary depending on the size of your order. We aim to send orders in the most cost-effective way for our customers.
You can return any school wear item within 30 days of purchase for either a different item / size or for a full refund. All items must be returned unworn and with tags. We are unable to accept returns of any garments that have been initialled. Please contact us to arrange.
All unbranded garments maybe returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be returned unworn and with tags. Please note that returning any garments remains the responsibility of the customer and delivery charges will not be refunded. Please contact our team to arrange.
Embroidered or Printed Products
You can return decorated items that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. We are unable to accept returns for any garments that have been personalised. You may be charged for cancelling an order if work has already begun and artwork files have been produced.
